The UK has a shortage of 388,189 retirement homes and 65% of people over the age of 65 have considered downsizing but cannot find suitable housing tenure. 50% of current available retirement accommodation is considered not be fit for purpose and the recent COVID-19 pandemic has highlighted major concerns within traditional UK care homes.

Our Retirement Villages are designed around a central Village Hub that includes, eateries, local shops, spa and opportunities to socialise and exercise. All residents have access to optional extra assistance such as meals made freshly on site, help around the home and health care should you ever need it.
